CD Business card burner

I’m looking for a cd burner that will support mini cd’s and especially cd business cards. Would prefer external but open to any that will work. have tried Iomega 36x10x40 cd-rw and Plextor’s 24x10x40 external but neither will recognize the business card cd. Help!
