CD-RW and W2K

How do I get W2K to read a CD-RW formatted with UDF Packet Writing (Nero InCD or Adaptec Direct CD)? When I insert the CD-RW in the W2K PC, it tries to install its UDF Reader but warns that W2K brings support for UDF so I should not install the UDF Reader. Same thing happens with Nero and Adaptec Software.
