CD TOWER CONFIGURATION

I have cd towers each containing 7 cd rom drives. These drives are for use in a school library setting. drives A-E are already used by the server. Of the 28 CD-ROM drives, only twenty one drive letters are available for mapping. HOW CAN I ACCESS THEOTHER SEVEN DRIVES?
