Certificate of Authencity Product ID

If anyone can tell me where to get a copy of the Producat ID for NT I would greatly apreciated. I complete reinstall my NT off my second drive, but now I can’t find the product ID. And if I am guessing correctly there isn’t a way to cancel this, since I got to this point…Now is it???
