I have brought floppies over from my dutch computer that contained photographs of which I don’t have the negativs,Now I put the floppy in the a drive of my compaq computer and all of the sudden I find that the files changed into RAR files and there is no way I can open them,I tried to open them with Iview but then I get an error message.I know I probably have to do some changes in window explorer but whatever I tried It didn’t workPlease help me I really need those photographs to show on my pc.
One of the errors it gives is :windows cannot find Lview pro exe thid program is needed for opening files of typeRARfile.
All I want really is to change the RAR file over into bitmap or something else
Is there a way to change over the files on my floppies back to a photographic file?
