Change A Win2k Setup to just Reg Win2k

Alright I have a computer which ended up by a user trying to repait the computer themselves used the Win2k disc that came with the system and tried to do a repair install. We need a way to get the information out of the registry in that install. Unfortunately we can’t finish the install to get the registry that way due to the mouse and keyboard not working in there. Does anyone have an idea of how to extract the registry information from the files?
