Change between Domain/Workgroup login

Hopefully an easy question. I have a Win2k laptop that needs to login to an NT Domain at work, and on to a Peer Workgroup when I’m at home. Right now I have to change my Network ID and rejoin the domain/workgroup and reboot everytime I connect to either my work or home networks. There must be an easier way. What is it?
