Change password on multiple domains

We have justed implemented (about 3 months ago) a password policy where by we have to change our password every 30 days. I currently have a user created on 14 different domains, and when the password change comes about I am finding that I am forgetting to change my password on all domains. My setup is a Win2K Pro Laptop accessing WinNT 4 SP6 servers. What I would like to know is, does any of you know of a way, whether in batch file or a utility where by I am able to change all password in one go.
