Change Win98 Logon Client’ appearance

I need to create a personnel logon client or change Microsoft’ client for microsoft networks for Win98 so that I can use large
text and a personnel logo. Client for Microsoft networks or Windows Logon
does not seem to have any flexibility in this area.
Any ideas welcome
