Changing administrator pwd in NT 4.5

Hi People,
I have a PDC with Windows NT 4.5 and a BDC with the same system. The PDC works as file, web, authentication and proxy server. The BDC as Exchange server too. Every time I change Administrator’s password I need to go to every service and retype administrator’s password, including in IIS, Exchange services, etc. What?s the way out to make this change once, without having to retype this password in all those services?
