Changing computer names

Can you change the name of a computer in a NT 4.0 domain, and not lose the individuals profile? I need to change about 5 computer names, but don’t want the users to have any problems. Don’t want them to have so re-setup their profiles. Any help would be appreciated. OS is NT 4.0 Workstation all around and 4.0 Servers (2-PDC and BDC only) Thanks again, Roger.
