Changing Domain of a BDC

I presently have an NT Server 4.0 as a BDC. I would like this server to be a BDC in another domain where the PDC is a 2000/Server. Can I change domains with out re-building the NT 4.0 BDC and can I have a PDC as a 2000/Server and the BDC as a NT/Server 4.0.
