Changing Internet Explorer title bar?

A client has changed the title bar on his Internet Explorer window from “Company XYZ’s Home Page” to “ Home Page”.

He did it without 3rd party software, and without a registry edit on a Windows 2000 Professional box running I.E. 5.01.

How did he do it?
