Changing Local Administrator Password on Mass Scale

Is anyone aware of third party Utility or Microsoft Utility to change local administrator password on Windows 2000 professional Workstation remotely via network. I am in a large corp. with about 2000 workstations scattered around numerous locations. Local administrator password has worked its way into the user population. Need to change remotetly via third party utility AD group policy or such any ideas?
