Changing RAID 5 to RAID 10

Hi. I have a new ML350 server with six 36GB SCSI drives and a hardware RAID controller installed. It has a RAID 5 setup. Is there a way to change it to RAID 1+0? The server runs on WIn2003 Server and has nothing else installed.
