Changing the codepage AFTER installing

When I finish the setup of Windows9X I can’t change the codepage. I put in the regional settings the extra language (Greece), adding the right keyboard, even adding the two lines on aytoexec about keybr…nothink works.
Does anybody knows what I can do exept of installing again the OS?
