Checklist for maintenance

Looking for a complete checlist that IT administrators can use to perform general maintenance on terminals in a network.

You know- Clean and remove dust inside and outside of tower cas. Check hard drive availabe space. Remove temp files. DefragHD.
That sort of stuff. Anyone have a good one?
