Cisco 1600

I have a client who is using Cisco 1600 for their DSL connection. Recently they wanted to connect to their vender site which is a secure site, they are not able to do so because of the Cisco router. I have spoke with their support group and they said you need to have ports 443, 8999, 12172, and 12173 open. Can you help me out please. I need to verify if these ports are open, if not how do I open them.
