Cisco 675 w/dhcp NO Net Neighborhood

The problem, I cannot use network neighborhood. No workstations or resources visible. ?Brows Master? settings have been adjusted properly. This is the setup?. I am working with a workgroup environment using Cisco 675 DSL modem running DHCP for Internet connection sharing. I am using the 10. Addressing scheme. I can ping all workstations from the router. I can ping workstations to workstations. The Internet is accessible from all workstations. They are connected through a single hub.
Does anyone know why network neighborhood is not functioning? This problem is occurring on three separate environments. I have a solution currently (Use NAT instead of DHCP) but I would like to be able to complete these projects properly.
