Cisco 7200 VXR

The op staff tried to new ios and the router rebooted in mid process the ios is now corrupt now we tried to reload the ios, but there are no interfaces to load from the prompt we get to is router boot# when i try to configure interfaces all i have available to me is async,loopback null etc. no ethernet, no serial. Any command sequences or help would be appreciated.
