Citrix and W2K

We are running Citrix on a W2K machine. When ever a certain user tries to use any application that is published on the Citrix Server it maxes out the server.
We have been watching the monitor on the server and when ever this user tries to do anything the resources of the server are maxed.
The server is a PIII 700 Mhz with 1.2 Gb of Ram.
The user was having the problem of he connection being very slow, so they decided to delete their profile and then recreate it. This made it run even slower.
Any help would be greatly appreciated since we do most of our day to day operation over the Citrix connection and this user can not work without slowing everyone down.
