Citrix Bandwidth

There are a lot of conflicting tech articles on the topic of bandwidth used by Citrix. Citrix claims to need a little as 10kbps to 20kbps and I’ve seen less than 100kbps be a pain. 56k Dial-up users can use Citrix, but it’s not very pretty.

Does anyone out there know of a site or article with hard data to say what bandwidth an ICA session should have?
