Citrix Metaframe XP and Nfuse 1.6

Do you need the anon001-014 users that are created with the Metaframe XP.If I disable all of them in user manager will that mess up other users logging into Nfuse.This looks like a security leak to me.We have Nfuse 1.6,Metafrane xp and IIS 5.0.Any help would be appreciated.
