Citrix Priorities

I have 6 Citrix servers which utilize “load balancing”. I have the same programs on each server. I have one database program that opens without difficulty sometimes and other times may take 20 minutes (we have timed it) to open.

I contacted the vendor and was told it was a Citrix issue involving setting priorities, not a program issue.

Any suggestions on what I need to change to correct this problem?
