Citrix Server Blue Screens with HP3150.d

Our Citrix server blue screens once or twice a week apparently when remote users print to their HP 3150 Laserjet printers. We used the same printer CD version 197c for drivers on the Windows 98 2nd Edition remote machines and the NT terminal server4.0 with service pack 5. The physical dump blue screen often has a kmode_exception_not_handled or page_fault_in_mapped_area but it always contains hp3150.dll which points us to printer problems. We have 6 remote users that use the 3150 and at least three of them have thought that when they tried to print something, they were causing one of the lockups at the time. We briefly tried Citrix, HP and Microsoft tech support and they all want to point fingers in the other direction.
