Dear All,
Given that I have been in this field (ERP) for six years now, it seems that I need to do something more than what I have been doing of late – I have been into PRoject Management, Design, Process Design, Pre-sales, etc. Given all this I feel that I should now make a move towards Business Relationship Management – Account Management (as some may call it). Have you guys been in this situation? How did you chart out your objective?
Designing processes, solving process issues, and the integration story still thrills me….
