Client Questionaire

One of my main time wasters is when prospective clients are seeking assistance and advice relating to a certain problem … they think its a network problem.

At the first meeting they roll out endless complaints about their current provider and issues relating to what software should and shouldn’t be used.

A brief proforma questionaire, which can cut through the bumph, to be answered by the prospect would be great.

Where to start?

That’s my problem.
