Clip Galary can’t open the previews file

My question is this when I go to accesss
my clip Art Gallery I receive the following
msg.
Clip Gallery cannot open the previews file
\\d2hqfp01\e\clipart\powerpnt.cag.
THat file is on a network. the file may have been removed or the network server may not be avaiable. Attempting to open that file clip gallery to launch slowly.

I’ve tryed the Microsoft fix for this and it seems to work for only docking stations.
We are running NTFS.I would appreciate any
suggestion you could offer.Thanks
