Clock Display..Need to show seconds

Ok stupid question. But I need to change the clock display in the lower right corner of the screen to include showing the seconds.

I have a mixed environment of W2K and 9X but am most concerned about Windows 2000 Pro, Is this a display setting or can you recommend some type of shareware clock that will let the user see the time including seconds.
