clone one of drive in RAID0

Here’s the situation: I have failed board on one of two hard drives connected in external raid0 box. I need to recover data. My plan is to clone working drive to new HD, then replace failed board with board from drive I just cloned from. Then connect back in raid0 box new cloned drive and drive with replaced board.
The question: Can I use Norton Ghost to clone single drive from RAID array?
Any other issues I should be aware of in the procedure I described above?
