Cloning Laptops

Hi Colleagues,
Does anyone know how I can clone an IBM thinkpad 570 running windows 2000. I have tried using Norton Ghost 2002, but it keeps telling me it cannot detect a host to host usb connection.
Does anyone know what else i can use or what i am doing wrong?
