Cluster without a shared drive array.

There were a few articles here explaining how to set up a Win2k cluster using virtual servers, but that is not what I am asking. I wanted to know if it was possible to set up a win2k cluster using 2 servers and a SCSI drive that I can have the servers share externally without having to purchase a shared drive array enclosure? I need a cheap setup to duplicate customer problems without spending a fortune on shared drive arrays.
