clustering sql7

Does anyone know if it possible to cluster sql7 on a win2k adv server. I have clusters running on win2k adv server, the problem is that I have back office 4.5, which has sql7, but not sql 7 enterprise. I want the system to be active/passive. Let me know if anyone has experience and/or knowledge about this. Thanks
