CMD.EXE

Hi,
I have a windows nt 4.0 server. This is a web server(users get out to the internet with). Looking in the task manager, I noticed that the cmd.exe process was running and using approx. 85% of the cpu. I know that when you run the cmd.exe you get the dos screen. I don’t know why this was running as a process.There’s nothing else running on the system for this to be running.
Does anybody know why this would be running(HACKER)? I cancelled it with no problems. Computer is running fine. Thank You.
