code 31

hello

I have a problem with may floppy disk.
I use win2000 professional and i saw that may drive a was not listed on my computer.
I went on device hardware anda i found a problem (yellow with an exclamation), sayng that win2000 cannot load especific drive required ( error code 31)

floppy dis controller is working well.

I tried floppy disk into another computer and is workin, and in my computer when starts, the floppy disk imediatly starts, and is working, but no in windows 2000
I have a motherboar asus p3v4x standart micsosoft hd controllers and 4 in 1 24a drivers via apollo.

Can you tell me how can i put drive a working?
