Code on builder.com legal to use on business website?

I found a javascript in the Web Design Library on http://builder.cnet.com/webbuilding/0-7264.html?tag=dir and i was wondering the legal issues of using it on my company’s website. In the script there are no references to copyright, but are there any hidden rights that would limit my use?
