Com Port Problems.

I have a problem with my Compaq computer it is running Windows 95 first edition and when I go into the device manager I see Com 1 and Com 2 enabled I have checked the Bios, Reformatted the Hard drive, and still I can not disable the Com Port 2. Any suggestions?
