Combining Extended Partition

The OS on my SBS2000 is on the C: drive. I also have an extended partition on the C: drive. I need to delete the partition so I have one large drive. How can I combine the two partitions without destroying my OS or any other data on those partitions? If I can’t, what do I need to do to get them combined? Thank you!
