Comfortable IP changing

I have a notebook with US Win98 2nd release, and i use it both in work and at home in two different networks with different IP addressation. How can i most simply switch between two IPs (best at startup) so ill be visible on simple windows network at home, and i will not write over the network settings from work (another IP, workgroup, Wins, gateway and DNS settings)?
