Comment Log – Access 2000

I have a pre-existing Access 2000 database that allows me to log and maintain service records for the repair of several hundred PC’s. When I create a work order, I want to be able to create a time-stamped comment on the progress of the repair. This way, when that progress changes, I can create a seperate time-stamped comment. This allows the process to be closely tracked and measured.

My problem is, I have no idea how to code that piece of it. If someone could assist me in that process, I would greatly appreciate it.
