Comments: Network Identification Win2000

In Windows 98 under Network Identification you put in Computer Name:xxxxx Workgroup:xxxxxx
Also a Place for Comments: I.E. Jane or Bill.
This can be seen in Network Neighborhood in each Icon in your Workgroup by right clicking on the Icon and leftclicking on Properties.
However in Windows 2000 I Can not find where to fill in this Comments: section for Windows 2000.
