compaq deskpro 2000 has no cmos setup

This compaq deskpro 2000 is a pentium with 133 mhz and 32 mb ram. Someone reformatted the harddrive. When I push f10 to enter cmos setup nothing happens. What can I do. The computer won’t boot automatically. I need to push f1 to boot. The battery is good, (date and time are correct) but the floppy drive has switched and i need to get in to the cmos setup to change it. Please help.
