Compaq Modem 1456VQL1Q-2

I have upgraded my Presario 12xl203 to win2000 and I cand find a driver for my modem. It is a 1456VQL1Q-2 made by Askey.
Compaq do not support win 2000 and cant help and Asky dont have the modle listed
