compatebility

Hello,

I am in the process of getting a new IBM Netfinity file server (W2K server installed). Currently I have older NT4.0 netfinity server. If I backup all my data fron NT4.0 server, can I restore it to the new W2K server. Is there going to be any os compatebility issue? Let me know if there are ways around this………Thank you!
