computer freezes

OS=2000pro
Ram= 128
cpu= 266mhz
the computer was working ok until i went to network the computer. went to put in a nic then relised that had an onboard nic. ever since i tried to network this computer it freezes up all the time after boot up..
I’ve took out the floppy as i had a problem before and it was the floppy driv. taken out the CD rom, change ide cables..
the bois is limited and i can’t change the i/o settings..
I’m running out of ways of trying to fix the problem.
