Computer hangs when TAB key used on web

Hi,

I have seen this problem before but was able to fix it by removing Outlook Express and re-installing but my user has IE6 with no entry in ADD/REMOVE for Outlook Express.

When he is on any web site and is entering info in fields he will hit the TAB key to go to the next field and the sytem hangs for about 20 seconds each time. It started after he used the Win2000 non-ERD repair process.

Anyone experience this prob before???
