Computer Locking Up….

Hello everyone! I am having issues with my computer locking up from inactivity, when I’m in various programs, etc.

I have an 800mhz AMD processor that runs at approximately 95 degrees, so I think that it might be locking up my computer, but am not sure.

I was thinking of having no programs/processes run that I can “kill” or keep from starting up (I’m running WinXP Pro SP1), and moving my computer away from the corner of the wall where it’s presently located at.

I have installed the latest video / sound card drivers (with Administrator privileges), and the computer will just lock up.

Any suggestions on what else I can do, before I decide to “nuke” my machine, and do some re-installing?
