Computer not found in Network Explorer

I have an NT computer on a network. It can see and use everything on the network however it’s computer id can’t be seen in network neighborhood.

I thought it might be that I need to reinstall the service pack, so I installed SP6a. It still can’t be seen.

Any ideas?
