computer technician-working from home help

hi there i am computer technician at one of the universities in durban south africa.
I need help in devising a way of working from home. Abit about my job is that i will need access to work server to reset student passswords and access to work server to download any necessary software needed by staff and students. Then i need to find a way to clone from home any computers in the computer lab that needs to be repaired using acronis but again from home.
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!
