Computer Will Not Boot – HELP!

I have a Win98SE desktop computer. It froze up earlier, and when I restarted it, There was no display. I can hear the computer starting up, and have tried the harddrive in another computer and it worked fine. I replaced the ideo card and there isstill nothing. What can I do? PLEASE HELP AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!! Thanks!
